In the event of a dispute between a customer and washer, My Dirty Laundry will attempt to mediate and resolve the issue. If mediation fails, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration or legal proceedings as appropriate.
My Dirty Laundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if My Dirty Laundry has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
My Dirty Laundry reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.
